Stop Waiting. Stop Reacting. Start Winning

Parent Empowerment Playbook

Start leading your child’s education advocacy with a clear, repeatable strategy. Get the step-by-step education advocacy playbook that helps you finally secure the 504 Plan & IEP supports your child deserves, without burning out, backing down, or breaking the bank.

Tired of watching your child's school delay, deny, and dismiss your child's needs?

You're Doing Everything You Can And It Still Doesn't Feel Like Enough.

  • You read all the 504 Plan and IEP documents and emails the school sends.
  • You attend all your child's school meetings.
  • You ask tons of questions and send tons of emails.

And Still...

  • You're watching the same school issues come up over and over again.
  • You're never quite sure if you're asking for the right things or asking for enough.
  • You feel like the school is controlling the process and making all the decisions.
  • You're doing the education advocacy work but not getting results.

Meanwhile, your child keeps falling further behind.

And it's not that you're not doing enough. Something isn't quite clicking and it's not obvious to you what that is.

But deep down you know waiting isn’t working.

You know your child needs more, now.

And you’re done feeling powerless.

It’s time to step into your power as the expert on your child and show up as a confident, respected, equal member of the 504 or IEP team.

This is what the Parent Empowerment Playbook is all about.

Contrary to what other education advocacy training programs may tell you, you don't need to learn every disability and education law to be an effective advocate. This isn’t about learning more information. It's not about throwing tons of training and templates at you without the appropriate support and context.

It’s about learning how to organize what you already know and what you will learn in this program into a predictable system and actionable plan so that you make confident decisions and advocate consistently, even when situations change and even when you're tired and overwhelmed.

What Will You Achieve?

1

Gain Education Advocacy Confidence and Clarity

The Parent Education Advocacy Foundations training teaches you the most critical education laws, how they apply to your child’s rights, and how to navigate IEP and 504 processes without second-guessing yourself.

2

Master Effective Communication and Negotiation

Our unique Strategic Education Advocacy Communication Framework, teaching you how and when to write compelling requests, hold schools accountable, and turn school resistance into action.

3

Experience Real Advocacy Wins & Meaningful Progress

As you implement your Personalized Actionable Advocacy Strategy, with personalized ready-to-use templates, tested, real-world advocacy strategies, and expert feedback to help you take immediate, effective action.

You achieve these results with my individualized (see what I did there 😉), hands-on, 8-week coaching and training approach that helps parents of children with disabilities become clear, confident, and consistent advocates, without feeling like they need a ton of legal knowledge or have to hire expensive help unnecessarily.

My unique approach combines group and personalized coaching, targeted training, and mindset and strategy development sessions to transform your advocacy from reactive and stressful into strategic, calm, and effective.

What You’ll Build Inside the Playbook

Over 8 weeks (or longer depending on the level of support you choose), you’ll create:

✔ A Clear Education Advocacy Strategy, so you’re not constantly reacting to whatever happens next

✔ A Structured Documentation System, so your notes, communications, and observations actually support your requests

✔ A Decision-Making Framework, so you know when to push, when to pause, and when to act

✔ Communication Skills That Move Things Forward, so your emails and conversations lead to action, not more delays

Imagine if 8 Weeks from Now...

You're Not Scrambling Before Meetings

  • You walk into meetings prepared, calm, and clear - instead of frantic and fearful.
  • You know exactly what to say and do when schools delay or deny services.
  • You finally stop wondering what’s missing in your advocacy.
  • You feel seen, heard, and respected because you know your child’s rights and how to make schools act on them.

You know:

  • what your education advocacy priorities are
  • what your child's most critical needs are
  • and how to ask for what you want clearly and effectively

You don't sprial when issues comes up:

  • You assess it.
  • You determine the appropriate next step
  • You respond with calm and clarity

You stop starting from scratch every time something comes up or changes, because you have a personalized, education advocacy system you can rely on.

This is the transformation the Parent Empowerment Playbook delivers.

What Makes This Program Different?

Most Programs Give You the What.

This program also gives you the how. Because the issue isn't always that you don't know enough.

It’s that:

  • everything feels equally important
  • decisions are reactive, short-term ones instead of strategic, long-term ones
  • and your advocacy effort isn’t leading to results over time

Inside the Playbook, you build a system that:

  • connects your child’s needs to a long-term education advocacy strategy
  • helps you prioritize what actually matters for your child with disabilities
  • and gives you a repeatable way to advocate across meetings, grades, teachers, and schools

This is how advocacy becomes sustainable, not exhausting.

This Program is for You If...

  • You’re tired of handling school issues with no clear plan or resolution
  • You want to feel prepared, not pressured, in 504 Plan or IEP meetings
  • You may have learned the education advocacy basics but still feel unsure how to use that knowledge effectively
  • You want to be a consistent parent advocate without burning out and without constantly feeling overwhelmed

This program is NOT about being more aggressive. Even with the most difficult school district, advocating more aggressively is not a winning strategy.

It’s about becoming strategic, consistent, and clear.

Meet Your Trainer & Coach

Hi there!

I’m Tracey, an experienced parent of a child with a disability and an empowerment coach who has been exactly where you are. I’ve spent years learning how to navigate the public school system, hold schools accountable, and ensure children with disabilities receive the services and support they need to thrive.

Now, I use all the advocacy skills I acquired and my expertise in designing effective training to teach parents like you how to get results for your child, while building your confidence and clarity. I know firsthand what it’s like to fight for your child’s education rights, and I also know what actually works.

Why This Matters

You can hire an education advocate.
You can consult an education attorney.

But they can't (and shouldn't) handle every school issue that comes up. If you don’t invest in understanding how to navigate the education advocacy system yourself:

  • you stay stuck feeling confused and overwhelmed
  • you lose momentum as issue after issue pops up with no clear resolution
  • you continue to pay someone else to do things that you can do with the right knowledge and support
  • you never know for sure if you're getting the right education advocacy advice and support
  • and you’re still not in control of your education advocacy efforts

Don't get me wrong. Advocates and attorneys have a place in the process and we cover that in the program.

BUT, this program is an investment in YOU and your ability to confidently advocate long-term.

Not just for one 504 or IEP meeting.
Not just for this school year.
But across your child’s entire educational years.

Your Investment?

Compare the cost of the Parent Empowerment Playbook program to the cost of:

Hiring an education advocate: $400+ for records review + $100 to 300/hour
Hiring an education lawyer: $1,500+ for retainer + hourly fees + expenses

Watching your child fall further behind = too costly to contemplate

Unlike generic workshops, random templates and guides, or paid advocates and attorneys, who are often juggling multiple clients, this program is:

  • Done-with-you: Real-time coaching, feedback, and support while you learn and advocate.
  • Parent-first approach: Built by a parent who’s walked the walk and has proven education advocacy experience.
  • Solutions-driven: Simple frameworks that cut through legal jargon and give you clear next steps.
  • Sustainable: You’ll build advocacy skills that last a lifetime, instead of resorting to outside help when you feel stuck.
  • One-Time Pricing: No monthly membership or annual renewal fees that keep you stuck in cycles of inaction, crisis, and self-doubt. Pay one time and start working toward results immediately.

With the Parent Empowerment Playbook, you’ll get the clarity, tools, and coaching you need to successfully advocate, at a fraction of the cost of relying on outside help.

Choose the level of empowerment that's right for you.

Q&A

Which plan is right for me?

The right plan for you depends on the complexity of your education advocacy situation. Most parent advocates looking to level up their education advocacy skills and strategy fall in the Guided Game Plan or the Parent Empowerment Playbook. Parent advocates who are in difficult school districts and have consistently encountered issues in their education advocacy will be best supported with the All-In plan. If you're in a school district where things are mostly going well, they are consistently meeting your child's needs, and your child is making meaningful progress, the Class Pass may be all you need right now. The beauty of our programs is you can always upgrade if you decide you need more support.

If I choose a lower tier, can I upgrade later?

You can absolutely upgrade later. We would just subtract the amount you have already paid from the cost of the upgraded program. Email us if you later decide to upgrade and we'll get everything set up for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Our programs include digital content that you get access to immediately. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. Email us with any questions you have before purchasing the program.

How much time does this program take?

If you choose the self-paced program, how long the program takes depends on your schedule. If you choose a program that includes extra support and coaching, accountability is built into the program to keep everyone moving toward results. Depending on the complexity of your advocacy situation, you will need 2-4 hours per week to successfully complete the program and implement your advocacy strategy.

Why doesn't the program include lifetime access?

As our children grow and progress from grade to grade, our education advocacy should grow and shift as well. Limiting the timeframe that the program is accessible decreases the chance that the program won't be used and increases the chance that participants are prepared to take the appropriate advocacy actions at the right time.

Do you work with parents remotely or in-person?

Coaching sessions are conducted online. In extreme circumstances, In-person sessions can be scheduled, if necessary.

Is this program suitable for a beginner or is it for more experienced parent advocates?

Absolutely. This program is designed to meet your individual needs, regardless of where you are in your advocacy journey. If you're an experienced parent advocate and feel stuck on your advocacy journey, I suggest starting with the Personalized Playbook so we have one-on-one time to get to the root of the problem and develop a winning strategy for moving forward.
